1. HomeNotes.co — Capture & Share Every Detail
This one is new on my radar and keeps popping up on my Instagram feed, it looks really intuitive and easy to use, as well as being aesthetically pleased (we like this!)
Best for: On-site notes, photos, and collaboration
Perfect for: keeping track of every idea, issue, and thing 'to-do' during your renovation.
HomeNotes.co is a powerful, user-friendly app that allows you to take notes and photos directly on-site.
Going beyond typical notes, it lets you:

✔ Upload photos with annotations
✔ Share projects with your contractor, designer (US!) , or trade professionals
✔ Keep everything tied to the specific room or area of the home
Whether you spot a quirky detail you want to check out or a problem that needs solving, HomeNotes helps keep all that crucial information in one place. This is especially useful in renovation projects where details matter and changes happen fast.
✨ Tip: Use HomeNotes to document things you want to discuss with your designer or contractor...
clear visuals + notes = clearer decisions.
