Our Process

We offer a thoughtful, highly personalised service for bespoke curtains and blinds, designed to be as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Below is our step-by-step process, from initial enquiry through to installation.

Get in touch
Drop us an email or send us a WhatsApp message, and Kim will arrange a convenient time to visit you. During the appointment, she'll discuss your requirements, explain how we can help, and take the initial measurements needed to prepare your quotation.
Kim will also bring a small selection of fabrics for you to browse. If you don't find the perfect option during the visit, don't worry, we have many more fabric choices that we can recommend and follow up with afterwards.

Preliminary Quotation
After your consultation, we'll send you a follow-up email with a preliminary quotation, along with details of the selections discussed during your visit.
We'll then arrange for fabric samples to be sent to you and, if needed, research additional fabric options to ensure we find the perfect finish for your window treatments.

Curtain Poles & Hardware
If you require curtain poles or hardware, we can supply and professionally install them as part of your project. We'll be happy to recommend suitable options and include these within your quotation.
Our trusted fitter will carry out a site visit to install your curtain poles (where required) and will then provide us with millimetre-perfect measurements for your curtains and blinds, ensuring a flawless fit and finish.

Final Quotation & Installation
Once all the details have been finalised, we'll issue your detailed final quotation for approval.
After your quotation has been accepted and payment has been received, we'll begin making your curtains and/or blinds by hand in our specialist workrooms.
Where we are supplying curtain poles or other hardware, this will be installed before your window treatments are started.

Once everything is ready, our fitter will arrange a mutually convenient appointment to professionally install your curtains and blinds.

Please note that additional site visits outside of our standard process may be chargeable.

blinds
Made to Measure Roman Blinds are our most favourite thing to make. We have made roman blinds as large as 3 metres wide that still pull up poker straight years later. Our roman blinds are all hand stitched with no visible stitching from the front and they all have interlining or blackout lining as standard. They come complete with high quality aluminium rails and chains in chrome, brass, antique brass or black nickel.
We also have an extensive range of roller, venetian and vertical blinds that we can supply.
We take child safety extremely seriously and all of our blinds comply with child safety legislation, with chain breakers and safety clips.
