At Applemoon Interiors, we bring over 25 years of expertise in crafting high-quality, bespoke soft furnishings. Our hand-finished curtains and blinds are designed to meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and style. We carefully consider every detail of your room—furniture layout, lighting, and overall functionality—when recommending the ideal window treatments.

Our deep understanding of fabric behaviour, from how it drapes to how it performs during the creation process, enables us to suggest solutions perfectly tailored to your personal style and taste. Made to Measure Roman Blinds are our most favourite thing to make. We have made roman blinds as large as 3 metres wide that still pull up poker straight years later. Our roman blinds are all hand stitched with no visible stitching from the front and they all have interlining or blackout lining as standard. They come complete with high quality aluminium rails and chains in chrome, brass, antique brass or black nickel.

We also have an extensive range of roller, venetian and vertical blinds that we can supply.

We take child safety extremely seriously and all of our blinds comply with child safety legislation, with chain breakers and safety clips.

Our Process

We offer a thoughtful, highly personalised service for bespoke curtains and blinds, designed to be as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Below is our step-by-step process, from initial enquiry through to installation.

Initial Measurements

Take some basic measurements of your windows. These do not need to be exact at this stage and simply allow us to prepare an initial estimate.

Window Photography

Please take clear photographs of each window, including the surrounding area where curtains or blinds will be installed. This helps us understand the space and advise appropriately.

Preliminary Quotation

Email your measurements and photographs to us info@applemooninteriors.co.uk and we will prepare a preliminary quotation for your consideration.

Fabric Selection

Once you are happy to proceed:

Explore our carefully curated selection of preferred fabric houses [HERE].
Let us know which samples you would like to see, along with your postal address.
We will arrange for samples to be delivered to your home complimentary of charge.

If you would welcome design guidance, we would be delighted to help. Simply share your preferences for:

Colour palette
Pattern (geometric, floral, ikat, plain, striped)
Fabric type (linen, velvet, sheer, embroidered)

We will then thoughtfully curate a selection of fabric recommendations tailored to your interior.

Curtain Poles & Hardware

Should you require curtain poles or hardware, we can assist with both supply and professional installation, just let us know your preferrence, ie metal/wood/painted and we can make some siggestions.

Our trusted fitter will carry out a site visit and take millimetre-perfect measurements, ensuring a flawless finish.

If curtain poles are already in place:

You may provide us with your own measurements, or
Choose to book a site survey with our fitter (price depending on location) who will supply us with the correct measurements.

Final Quotation & Installation

We will issue a detailed final quotation for approval.
Payment made in full.
Curtain poles (where required) are installed.
Your curtains and/or blinds are handmade to order by our specialist workrooms.
Once ready, our fitter will visit at a mutually agreed time to install your curtains and blinds.

Please note that additional site visits may be chargeable.
