Following that, we develop space plans, design and colour concepts, and select furniture and finishes that cater to both the functional requirements and aesthetic preferences of your space.

Preparation
Next, you'll take measurements and photographs of your space for us to use during the design process. If necessary, we may request additional information.

Presentation
Finally, we consolidate all our design ideas, tools, and tips into a comprehensive e-design plan, providing you with a do-it-yourself guide for you to implement the design!

How long does the e-design take to be done?
Can I ask for changes to the design after it is ready?
What if I don’t like the design?
The timeframe for completing an e-design varies depending on the size and complexity of the project. Typically, it takes between two to four weeks from the initial consultation to the delivery of the final design package.
Yes, we understand that preferences may evolve during the design process. We provide a specified number of revision rounds to ensure the final design meets your expectations.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with the initial design concepts, we will work closely with you to understand your concerns and make necessary revisions until we achieve a design you love. We send you a link to a collaborative Pinterest board where you can add any inspirational images you can find to help us to determine your preferred aesthetic. We will also populate the Pinterest board with fitting images so that you can see if we understand your preferred style.
How do I communicate with my designer during the e-design process?

Is there a limit to the number of revisions I can request?
We offer various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and video conferencing, to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the e-design process. Our preferred method is through our design portal. There is space here to provide overall as well as item specific feedback, approve/decline items and request revisions.
Our designers are skilled at accommodating a wide range of style preferences and design themes. We'll work closely with you to understand your vision and preferences to create a design that matches your preferences.
We provide a specified number of revision rounds as part of our e-design packages. Additional revisions may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Typically 3 revisions per item, ie 3 sofa, wallpaper, lighting revisions or 3 room layout revisions
Can I upgrade my e-design package if I need additional services or assistance?
