setting up
When you choose to work with us, we’ll begin by setting you up on our ‘Design Files’ portal. This centralised hub houses all project-related information, including mood boards, floor plans, sourced products, and important documents. Accessible at any time, it allows you to stay updated on the progress of your design.

finding inspiration
Upon receiving payment, we begin by researching inspirational images in a few design styles. You'll receive an email notification to review these images online where you can provide any feedback you have. This step is crucial in helping us understand your preferred aesthetic for the room.

floor plans
Next, we schedule a visit to take detailed measurements of your space, which we use to create 3D photorealistic images of your room. These visuals provide a stunning preview of how the space could look with the proposed changes, allowing you to explore the design before making any commitments or purchases.

more samples
Now we really go to town! we will spend our time sifting through all of our samples, rugs, fabrics, papers and paints and curating our favourites ensuring harmony between each of our recommendations. We will research and source all of the additional items required from our trusted suppliers some of which are trade only, We will often take a trip to a showroom or two to see items up close so that we can confidently recommend them for your project

presentation
Next we arrange a meeting with you where we present all of our ideas to you. We will talk you through our rationale for what we have recommended, provide further information on each of the items we have selected for you and discuss any changes or additions you may want to make. Often, we prepare multiple sets of samples for your review. With your feedback, we refine the selections until we create a design that excites and inspires you

next steps
Once the design is finalised, we present a carefully curated selection of items for your room, ensuring every piece is perfectly sized and proportioned. All details are conveniently available on your Design Files portal. We’ll discuss the items you'd like to proceed with and coordinate the purchasing process, whether you prefer to order them directly or have us handle it for you. to you. At this stage, you'll have all the information needed to proceed with your design. However, if you'd like assistance with installation, let us know, and we can provide a project management quote. This service includes ordering all items on your behalf, overseeing deliveries, coordinating with tradespeople, and managing the installation process.
