Interior Design - Residential & Commercial
How it works:
The initial consultation is an opportunity for me to assess the space you'd like assistance with, you get to meet me and hear my initial thoughts on your project and get an idea of whether you would like to work with me further.
I will visit you in your home where we can discuss colour choices, furniture, lighting, soft furnishings, flooring and accessories as well as the all important budget and timescales. This should take approximately 1 hour and is £75.
After the initial consultation I will submit by email an interior design proposal detailing the scope of work involved, my fee structure and how I intend help you with the project. If you then wish to proceed I will send over an invoice for the design fee and a more in depth questionnaire. I will then start work on your design and produce a bespoke design box complete with floorplans, samples of fabrics, carpets, wallpaper and paints which will be presented to you.
After this should you wish to proceed alone then you have the 'tool kit' to do so or should you require further assistance in implementing the design then I will gladly put together an action plan for this.
We have many trade accounts with various suppliers so can also assist you with purchasing new items for your home from places you may never have found on the high street or with Google. We can also negotiate some favourable prices for some of these items on your behalf.
Why use us? well... we will always do our best to tune in to 'your' style. To present a scheme that you will instantly have an affinity with and can visualise in your home.
We will NEVER push our style on you or produce a design' theme' that serves to indulge our need to create rather than to fulfil' your' brief.

Commercial Interiors - (Showhomes)
Mildren Homes approached us at the beginning of 2011 with regard to installing the showhome on their Fragorum Fields site in Titchfield. We thoroughly enjoyed being involved in this very exciting project and could not be prouder of the finished showhome which you can see in our portfolio.
Our 14 years experience in bespoke hand finished soft furnishings I believe sets us apart from other showhome companies, we are able to offer superior quality soft furnishings that will provide an aspirational element to the finished design.
We have an incredible list of suppliers who offer superior quality products, and we also do an awful lot of legwork to find the perfect items to suit the style and budget of each project.
“It could be argued that having a showhome is imperative to the success of your development. Showing off your homes in a way that helps your potential buyers to visualise the life they can live there. We work really hard to get the tone just right so that the designs are not too flamboyant that they are a distraction and not so neutral that they have no impact at all. We try to create a look that is not widely available on the high street and therefore has an aspirational quality that will appeal to your buyers.”
* * I have recently had the pleasure of working alongside Kim to design and furnish two of my show homes on two of our new developments.
Kim’s enthusiastic approach and attention to detail is turning our houses into homes. She delivers to an exceptional standard turning dreams and ideas into reality. She is extremely passionate at what she does and has a unique talent producing an elegant and sophisticated finish.
Running ideas past her clients along the way to make sure they are happy is extremely important and nothing is too much trouble. She has an eye for class and is able to fit around any tastes and ideas producing a quality result."
