NEW BUILD INTERIOR DESIGN
How we can help you secure sales on your new build properties
One of our favourite collaborations over the years has been with local property developers. We were lucky enough to be asked to install a showhome for Mildren homes back in 2010 which was a hugely exciting project, we then assisted them with other develoments on the Isle of Wight and Hampshire. We firmly believe that Applemoon's wealth of experience in bespoke hand-finished soft furnishings sets us apart from others. We are able to offer superior-quality soft furnishings that will provide an aspirational element to the finished design.
TODAY - we are working closely with Seaward Properties at their Priors Orchard site in Southbourne offering complete curtain and blind packages as an incentive to prospective buyers. We have also installed curtains and blinds in their view homes.
We welcome all new opportunities if you have a development that could benefit from a showhome or an incentive to help sell your homes.
* * "I have recently had the pleasure of working alongside Kim to design and furnish two of my showhomes on two of our new developments.
Kim’s enthusiastic approach and attention to detail transforms our houses into homes. She delivers to an exceptional standard, turning dreams and ideas into reality. Kim is extremely passionate at what she does and has a unique talent, producing an elegant and sophisticated finish.
Running ideas past her clients along the way to make sure they are happy is extremely important and nothing is too much trouble. She has an eye for class and is able to fit around any tastes and ideas to produce a quality result"
Sales Marketing Manager, Rydon Homes
It could be argued that having a beautiful showhome is imperative to the success of any new development since it showcases homes in a way that helps potential buyers to visualise the life they can live there. Applemoon Interiors work really hard to get the tone just right. We are mindful that our designs aren't too flamboyant to distract from the actual home, or too neutral, not to have any impact at all. We aim to create a striking look that is not widely available on the high street and has an aspirational quality that will appeal to homebuyers.”
