New Year New What???
Oh goodness me! what a fabulous time we've had. A week and a half spent with my huge family(19 Christmas day!) and dear friends. We've been over eating and had too much Gin (Sipsmith is a new favourite!) and I can honestly say we had an absolutely textbook Christmas.
And a textbook Christmas would not be complete without New Years Resolutions. Promises to do so much better in 2018. Be a better person, live a healthy lifestyle, appreciate my family more and make some changes.
I know that I have a short attention span so all my good intentions may drop off by mid February but with any luck some good habits may stick.
This business of mine is always my first port of call when I want to ring the changes. First up is a refurb of the shop,
so time will be spent agonising over paint colours and displays, I am definitely my own most indecisive client!
Second on my ‘to do’ list is to provide an improved and comprehensive design service. I will be researching more trade suppliers in order to bring clients those items that they wouldn’t find on the high street. I will also be looking into an interior design system with a client portal facility so that clients can login and see all of the files, notes and images pertaining to a design project. This will be a really valuable tool for collaboration between us and our clients.
The website will be having regular updates too giving you more of an idea of what you can expect when we work together. with new images and details of recent project we have completed.
And… oh so many ideas, this list could just go on and on.
I hope you stick with me and watch me grow. I am ever grateful for all my loyal customers who have enabled Applemoon Interiors to be where it is today. If you have any suggestions for improvement or anything you would like to see in the shop, please do let me know. OR if there is any part of the process whether it’s a curtains order or full design project that was unclear or confusing please do tell me. My job is to make this as seamless and stress free as possible.
Thank you again and a very Happy New Year to you all.
Lots of love, Kim & the team.
